MONTREAL, Dec. 17 /CNW Telbec/ - The Quays of the Old Port and the Montréal Science Centre have all kinds of activities for families over the Holidays: from TELUS Fireworks on Ice to the Quays skating rink, not to mention the three IMAX 3D films now showing at the IMAX®TELUS Theatre and the six exhibitions, including two temporary ones (see them while you still can!), at the Montréal Science Centre! The Quays of the Old Port invite you to make the most of winter in Montréal at this fabulous site. There's something happening every day during the Holidays, even on Christmas and New Year's Day!
If you'd prefer indoor activities, the Montréal Science Centre is extending its hours and invites you to make some discoveries and enjoy science-themed activities until 6 p.m. from December 26 to January 9. The Science Centre and its IMAX®TELUS Theatre are open every day of the year except December 25 and January 1.

TELUS FIREWORKS ON ICE
The Quays of the Old Port invite you to add some dazzle and sparkle to your holidays. The TELUS Fireworks on Ice shows kicked off on December 4 and are continuing until January 8, inclusive!
Next TELUS Fireworks on Ice shows
- Saturday, December 18 at 8 p.m.
- Saturday, December 25 at 8 p.m.
- Friday, December 31 at midnight, as part of the Grand Ball during the Old Montréal Extravaganza.
The Quays skating rink will be open until 1 a.m. on December 31 - Saturday, January 8 at 8 p.m.
THE QUAYS SKATING RINK: OPEN DAILY UNTIL SPRING, EVEN ON HOLIDAYS!
Our refrigerated outdoor skating rink is resurfaced several times a day.
Extended Holiday hours from December 18 to January 2: open until 10 p.m. every evening.
The Quays skating rink is open throughout the Holidays, even on December 24, 25 and 31 and January 1!

SPECIAL HOLIDAY PROMOTION AT THE Montréal Science Centre
From December 26 to January 9, when you come for an IMAX film, you can visit all the exhibitions at the Montréal Science Centre for just $5 more.

Our regular schedule is in effect until Thursday, December 23.
Thursday, December 24: Exhibitions from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. and last IMAX show at 3:30 p.m.
Friday, December 25: CLOSED
December 26 to January 9: Extended hours for exhibitions: from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and
Friday, December 31: Exhibitions from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and last IMAX show at 3:30 p.m.
Saturday, January 1: CLOSED
Now showing at the IMAX®TELUS Theatre

On until March 6, 2011
And of course the four permanent exhibitions, at all times.
