(TSX: TOY) ("Spin Master" or the "Company"), a leading global children's entertainment company, today announced that Krista DiBerardino, Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer, is leaving the Company effective December 31, 2015 for personal reasons. Spin Master is already well advanced in the process of hiring her replacement and an announcement in that regard is expected in the coming weeks.
