With over 35 years of management experience in real estate development, Nordan previously held senior positions at Beedie Development Group, Madison Pacific Properties, and Pilot Pacific Developments. At Spire, he will apply a wealth of knowledge to drive long-term growth and advance a diverse portfolio, by identifying and executing value-add real estate development and acquisition opportunities.
