ATLANTA, June 16, 2014 /CNW/ - Sportech Racing and Digital, a division of Sportech PLC, (LSE: SPO), is pleased to announce the acquisition of Bump Worldwide Inc. ("Bump"), a Toronto-based gaming business and the fastest growing provider of electronic charitable raffles conducted during professional sporting events known as '50/50 raffles.'
The partnerships between Bump and the professional sports teams raise money for the teams' charitable foundations, complementing Sportech's existing, longstanding charitable activities in the UK.
