Sprott Strategic Fixed Income Fund Appoints Equity Financial Trust Company as Trustee

TORONTO, Jan. 30, 2013 /CNW/ - Sprott Asset Management LP ("Sprott") is pleased to announce the appointment of Equity Financial Trust Company as the trustee of Sprott Strategic Fixed Income Fund (the "Fund") and SFIF Trust, both managed by Sprott.  The appointment will be effective as of March 1, 2013.

The Fund has been created to provide exposure, on a tax advantaged basis, to an actively managed portfolio (the "Portfolio") comprised primarily of long and short positions in fixed income securities from across the globe.
