SSQ Insurance brings Geneviève Fortier on board to support pan-Canadian growth
QUEBEC CITY, March 28, 2018 /CNW Telbec/ - Chief Executive Officer of SSQ Insurance, Jean-François Chalifoux, is pleased to announce the appointment of Geneviève Fortier as Senior Vice-President of Distribution effective April 19, 2018.

A seasoned leader, Fortier most recently held the position of Senior Vice-President at McKesson Canada, where she successfully managed several portfolios. She has also held senior management positions at Reitmans Canada, Merck Frosst Canada and Biochem Pharma. She has a bachelor's and a master's degree in Industrial Relations from Université Laval. Geneviève Fortier, CHRP, is a Fellow of the Ordre des conseillers en ressources humaines agréés. Actively involved in her community, she chairs the board of directors of the CHUM and CHU Ste-Justine, and sits on the boards of directors of Sanimax and Fillactive.
