Standing Committee on the Legislative Assembly

TORONTO, March 9 /CNW/ - The Standing Committee on the Legislative Assembly will meet to consider Bill 231, An Act to amend the Election Act and the Election Finances Act.

The Committee intends to hold public hearings in Toronto on March 24 and 31, 2010.

Interested people who wish to be considered to make an oral presentation on Bill 231 should contact the Committee Clerk by 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 18, 2010.

Those who do not wish to make an oral presentation but wish to comment on the Bill may send written submissions to the Committee Clerk at the address below by 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, March 31, 2010.
