Starting October 15, customers can pre-order the latest computers and tablets optimized for Microsoft Windows 8 at Staples stores. The '8 Was Easy' program includes a pre-launch offer, support from certified tech associates, EasyTech service offers, and exclusive vlogs to help customers learn about the operating system.
"Staples has the latest technology to meet all of our customer needs," said Mark Shanahan, senior technology merchant. "Windows 8 is a new and innovative product. Our EasyTech associates have Microsoft certified Windows 8 training to address customer questions, and support operating system upgrades. Our TechTV vlogs are also a great way to learn about the new Windows 8 platform."
Staples Canada has expanded in-store technology areas to feature interactive displays on a broad selection of new products touch-optimized for Windows 8. The retailer will also carry the latest touch-enabled devices, such as:
