will turn the Palais Royale into a gourmet kitchen. Guests will be able to experience closely how a six course meal is created as TV cameras capture the preparation with detail while being projected on to big screens. With its "Culinary Cravings" event the Canadian
German Chamber
of Industry and Commerce adds a culinary flavour to Canadian-German relations.

Students of "Niagara College Culinary School" who are currently training as chefs will help to prepare the meals and will receive advice from the master chefs themselves. Part of the ticket earnings will be donated to the
Canada
Breast Cancer Foundation which has been promoting breast cancer research for more than 20 years. Revenues of the auction taking place during the event will be contributed to the
Toronto
German School
and the Niagara College Culinary School.
