TORONTO, July 10, 2015 /CNW/ - CraveTVTM announced today it has added the prestigious HBO films catalogue to its exclusive HBO Collection. Beginning today, more than 70 star-studded titles are now streaming on CraveTV, featuring award-winning actors including: Matt Damon, Michael Douglas, Angelina Jolie, Al Pacino, and more. The additional content, totalling 120 hours of premium HBO programming - with more to come - delivers a breadth of Emmy® Award- and Golden Globe® Award-winning properties to CraveTV's already extensive HBO Collection.
Today's announcement is the second in a series of expansions to CraveTV's HBO Collection following the addition of 146 stand-up comedy specials last month. HBO Films will be available in CraveTV's HBO Collection as well as other relevant collections including Dramas, Crime and Mystery, and Historic TV. CraveTV will continue to roll out additional content from HBO Films in the coming months.

The collection of HBO Films features compelling dramas, hilarious comedies, and eye-opening biographies including:
- AMERICAN SPLENDOR, the 2003 Oscar-nominated biopic about Harvey Pekar, the author of the American Splendor comic books. The film stars Paul Giamatti (Sideways, Barney's Version) as Pekar and Hope Davis (Proof, Arlington Road) as his wife, Joyce Brabner. The film received critical acclaim and was nominated for numerous awards, including the Academy Award® for Best Screenplay.
- BEHIND THE CANDELABRA, the 2013 film directed by Steven Soderbergh (Erin Brockovich, Traffic) covering the last 10 years of Liberace's life. Starring Michael Douglas as Liberace and Matt Damon as his lover, Scott Thorson, the film won three Emmy® Awards and two Golden Globe® Awards.
