Starseed Holdings Inc. Announces Cannabis Supply Agreement with the Ontario Cannabis Store (OCS)
TORONTO, Aug. 21, 2018 /CNW/ - Starseed Holdings Inc. ("Starseed") is pleased to announce it has entered into an agreement with the Ontario Cannabis Store ("OCS") to supply cannabis products through its online retail store as the province prepares for adult-use legalization on October 17th.
"This announcement reinforces Starseed's expanding reach in the cannabis space, and we look forward to providing Ontarians with premium cannabis," said Angelo Tsebelis, President of Starseed. The listed products are from Starseed's soon-to-be-unveiled adult use brand.
Starseed will supply the OCS with a product portfolio that spans across all available formats: dried cannabis flower, pre-rolls and cannabis oils. In addition, Starseed will invest in educational programs related to the safe and responsible consumption of adult-use cannabis.
"We are excited for the opportunity to supply the OCS as they provide online access to recreational cannabis," said Norman Wright, National Sales Director.
"Ontario will be a key market and this agreement further supports Starseed's national growth plans, when paired with our existing strategic partnerships with plan sponsors and employers to provide medical cannabis as a paid health benefit," said Tsebelis.
This is Starseed's third provincial listing after previously announcing British Columbia (BCLDB) and Alberta (AGLC).
