Statement - Canadian Foundation for Healthcare Improvement Supports Integrated Palliative Care Français
OTTAWA, Nov. 11, 2016 /CNW/ - The Canadian Foundation for Healthcare Improvement welcomes the work of Palliative Care Matters to ensure integrated, coordinated palliative care for Canadians. Improving access to high quality palliative care services is a shared priority across the country, and Palliative Care Matters is making an important contribution to advancing national dialogue and action.
