Statement by Prof. Jack Mintz Regarding Wild Rose Party Platform

CALGARY, April 21, 2015 /CNW/ - The following statement can be attributed in whole or in part to Prof. Jack Mintz, Director and Palmer Chair at The School of Public Policy

"I often review various policy proposals, including policy or platform proposals from any political party that asks me - I consider that a non-partisan public service."

"I did review the Wild Rose Party budget proposal, with an eye to ensuring that the numbers 'added up'. I was not asked to pass judgement or endorse their policy proposals. As I told officials from the Wild Rose Party, overall spending and revenue numbers contained in their proposal, did 'add up'."

"I do not endorse any political parties platform."
