TORONTO, Sept. 6, 2016 /CNW/ - We are devastated by this terrible, terrible tragedy. Our thoughts are with the family and our co-workers at this extremely difficult time. We as a community mourn this unacceptable and heart breaking loss. The safety of our employees is our highest priority. We have always, and will continue to, strive for a safe work environment. We worked quickly to comply with the Ministry of Labour's orders and are planning to initiate a review of all our policies, procedures and safety systems to ensure this kind of tragic accident never happens again.
