Statement from Yorkdale Shopping Centre

TORONTO, March 31, 2013 /CNW/ - The Toronto Police have now released all vehicles from Yorkdale and all parking lots are now open. After being closed for the statutory Easter holiday, Yorkdale will open Monday morning as we always do.

Like all Torontonians, we were shocked and saddened with the incident that occurred outside Yorkdale in the parking lot on Saturday evening. The matter is under investigation by Toronto Police and we are cooperating with them fully as we take security very seriously in order to keep our customers safe.
