Statement on the public release of the Deloitte report on Elevator Availability and Subsequent Government of Ontario Action Plan

TORONTO, Jan. 26, 2018 /CNW/ - The National Elevator and Escalator Association (NEEA) is pleased to see the official release of the Deloitte TSSA Elevator Availability Study in Ontario, authored by Justice Cunningham. NEEA continues to support a collaborative industry solution that will help address concerns in the public regarding elevator reliability and availability.

NEEA and its members look forward to working with Minister MacCharles and all stakeholders to address the recommendations outlined in the study while ensuring the safety of the riding public and elevator personnel.
