CALGARY, Nov. 2 /CNW/ - Stealth Ventures Ltd. ("Stealth") [TSX.V: SLV] is pleased to announce that Mr. Roger Harman has been appointed as Stealth's new Chief Financial Officer effective November 1 2010. Mr. Harman brings a broad background to the Company covering all aspects of finance and accounting including both the Canadian and the International oil and gas industry. Mr. Harman is a Certified Management Accountant with over 30 years of extensive experience covering all aspects of finance and accounting including financial, operational, marketing, mid-stream and marketing operations. Prior to joining the Stealth team Mr. Harman was the Chief Financial Officer at PRD Energy Inc. and the Chief Financial Officer at Canadian Superior Energy Inc. (now Sonde Resources Corp.) Prior to Canadian Superior, Mr. Harman held numerous financing and accounting positions throughout the industry.
