Strategic Group Welcomes New Senior Director of Leasing

CALGARY, June 13, 2013 /CNW/ - Strategic Group is pleased to announce the recent hire of Mark Massing who has joined the team as Senior Director of Leasing. Reporting to Strategic Group Vice President of Leasing, Sean McCullough, Mark will be responsible for driving higher occupancy as well as maximizing leasing opportunities and building relationships within the Calgary business community.

Mark brings over seven years of commercial real estate experience including a large international commercial real estate services company. He played an active role in both managing and marketing real estate portfolios on behalf of local and institutional investors. Mark specializes in leasing contracts and negotiation as well as tenant relations, making him well suited to ensure that tenants within the Strategic Group portfolio have a positive, ongoing leasing experience.

With his prior experience as a broker with a large firm on a highly successful sales team, Mark is well respected by his peers. Vice President of Leasing, Sean McCullough explains: "Mark has developed a significant sphere of influence and numerous broker relationships in the City of Calgary. Those contacts along with his ability to build relationships will be a useful network in the marketing and positioning of our leasing opportunities.
