Reporting to Strategic Group CEO Riaz Mamdani, Toews will be responsible for directing and managing a wide variety of real-estate development projects at Strategic Group.

In addition to previous experience at Strategic Group, Toews was the Director of Development at a national real estate advisor firm. Toews has over 15 years of expertise in mixed-use development, including retail, office, hotel, residential and land development. He brings extensive expertise and leadership to Strategic Group and has worked on several high profile development and redevelopment projects in Calgary, including Garrison Woods and Currie Barracks. He is also an instructor of mixed use development at the University of Calgary.
