Stream AGM Venue Moved due to Calgary Flooding

CALGARY, June 24, 2013 /CNW/ - Stream Oil & Gas Ltd. (TSX-V: SKO) ("Stream" or the "Company") announces that its 2013 Annual General Meeting ("AGM") to be held at 3:30 p.m. on June 26, 2013 will be relocated due to the recent flooding in Calgary. The AGM will be held in the Stampede Room 1 at the Hampton Inn & Suites, Calgary University at 2231 Banff Trail N.W., Calgary, Alberta at 3:30 p.m.

Although Stream's headquarters building was not affected due to its location outside downtown Calgary, the majority of downtown Calgary is inaccessible at present due to repercussions from recent flooding.  This includes the previous venue for the Corporation's AGM, the Westin Hotel, which is expected to be closed all week.
