(the ''Corporation'') will be held at the TMX Broadcast Centre, The Exchange Tower, 130 King St. West, Toronto, Ontario, on June 7, 2017 commencing at 4:00 p.m. (Toronto time). W. E. Gettings, Chief Executive Officer of Street Capital, will provide a business update presentation during the Meeting.
