Dan brings decades of experience and industry insight with him to his role at HCMWorks. Prior to joining the team at HCMWorks, Dan Hanyzewski was a managing partner at West Shore Partners LLC; a niche consulting firm focused on delivering high-end solutions to a range of Human Resources, Procurement, Operational, and Finance clients. Congruently, he was also V.P. of Business Development for Sunrise Systems, a recipient of the 2012 "Small Business Partnership Award" from Johnson & Johnson Office of Supplier Diversity as well as the Kelly's 2014, 2013 and 2012 Supplier Excellence Awards. Dan was a major contributor to that firms tripling its growth over the last several years.
Dan' has worked with many, well-known, multi-nationals; in his role at Nike, Dan was Director, Talent Acquisition and was responsible for Nike's Global Functions - talent acquisition organization as well as branding, program architecture and management of their Global Contingent Labor Program, Assist!.
This program has been recognized as a "Best Practice" Program for Contingent Workforce Management and Services Procurement.
While at Nike Dan leveraged macro trends in the consumer market space to build brand relevance in the candidate experience across the employment lifecycle.
Before joining Nike, Dan was Director of Worldwide Staffing for Lucent's International Network Services business, and Director of North American Recruitment for iGate (formerly known as Mastech).
