Students to comment on pension reform
WINNIPEG, April 12 /CNW Telbec/ - A representative of the Canadian Federation of Students will be available for comment following a Department of Finance roundtable discussion with invited stakeholders, experts, and representatives of provincial and territorial governments.
"The recent recession has demonstrated that students and young workers face a very unpredictable economic future," said Katherine Giroux-Bougard, National Chairperson of the Canadian Federation of Students, "Developing a strategy for strengthening the public pension system is an issue for the young and old alike."
