TORONTO, May 14, 2012 /CNW/ - The Standing Committee on General Government will conduct a study of the auto insurance industry's practices and trends and develop recommendations on how to make auto insurance rates more affordable.
The Committee intends to hold public hearings in Toronto on Monday, May 28 and Wednesday, May 30, 2012.
Interested people who wish to be considered to make an oral presentation should contact the Clerk of the Committee by 12:00 noon on Wednesday, May 23, 2012.
Those who do not wish to make an oral presentation but wish to comment on the study may send written submissions to the Clerk of the Committee at the address below.
