Subaru Canada Announces Pricing for 2015 Forester Lineup

• Rear view camera and colour multi-function display now standard on all trims
• Starting price remains at $25,995

TORONTO, March 10, 2014 /CNW/ - Subaru Canada, Inc. (SCI) is pleased to announce pricing for the 2015 Subaru Forester model lineup.

The well-equipped entry model of the 2015 Subaru Forester 2.5i with manual transmission continues to be available at $25,995, while increasing the value proposition by adding a rear view camera and colour multi-function display. The 2015 Forester 2.5i Touring Package now has an optional Technology Package featuring EyeSight and proximity key with a push-button ignition. Eyesight is a Subaru-developed stereo camera technology that integrates Adaptive Cruise Control, Pre-Collision Braking and a Vehicle Lane Departure Warning and is the highest-rated front crash prevention system by the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety (IIHS). The 2015 Forester 2.5i Limited Package now adds 18-inch aluminum alloy wheels, a leather CVT shift boot, and a 6.1-inch multi-functional voice activated in-dash GPS navigation system with AM/FM/CD/MP3/WMA/DivX, WMV, MP4, SMS text messaging capability, Aha radio, SiriusXM, 3.5mm auxiliary jack, USB, Bluetooth mobile phone connectivity and streaming audio capabilities.

Moving to the 2015 Forester 2.0XT, the 2015 model year receives a power rear lift gate with memory function and dual zone automatic climate control. The 2015 Forester 2.0XT Limited Package adds a leather CVT shift boot and similar 6.1-inch multi-functional voice activated in-dash GPS as the Forester 2.5i Limited.
