Summitt Energy Continues Support of Communities and Youth Sports Though Sponsorship of Cobourg Hockey Club

Contribution to annual golf tournament helps Cobourg Hockey Club build on legacy of excellence

MISSISSAUGA, ON, Sept. 25, 2013 /CNW/ - Continuing its efforts to support the communities in which it operates, Summitt Energy has made a donation to the Cobourg Cougars' Junior A Hockey Club as part of its annual Cougars Alumni Golf Tournament & Dinner. The tournament, which was held on Saturday, September 21^st at Dalewood Golf Club, brought together teammates, alumni, community members and corporate partners with proceeds going to support the Hockey Club.

In addition to communities, Summitt Energy also believes strongly in supporting youth and sport. In sponsoring the Cobourg Cougars Hockey Club, Summitt has aligned itself with one of the premier organizations in the Ontario Junior Hockey League.
