SUMTRA DIVERSIFIED INC. Reports Sale Of Land

TORONTO, Feb. 18, 2014 /CNW/ - Sumtra Diversified Inc. (NEX:SDV.H) announces the sale of vacant lands in the Guelph area. The Company and a joint venture partner sold approximately six acres of land for net proceeds, after selling commissions and fees, of $1,270,000. The Company's 50% share of the net proceeds would be approximately $635,000. The closing of the transaction is expected to be April 14, 2014.
