Sun-Rype Management and Union Ratify Collective Agreement

KELOWNA, BC, Sept. 25, 2012 /CNW/ - Sun-Rype Products Ltd. is pleased to announce the ratification of a new Collective Agreement with the Teamsters Union, Local 213, following a vote held Sunday, August 19, 2012, but which remained subject to certain conditions satisfied earlier today.  This new agreement, which supersedes the current collective agreement, expires August 31, 2020.

"We are extremely pleased to have a long-term deal in place prior to expiration of the current agreement," stated Mr. McAnerney.  "This agreement provides labour stability at our Kelowna facility, which plays a key role in Sun-Rype's long-term growth strategy."
