Sunridge RV seeks creditor protection
EDMONTON, March 4, 2016 /CNW/ - The Alberta Motor Vehicle Industry Council has become aware that one of its licensees, Sunridge RV, has sought protection from its creditors by filing a Notice of Intention to Make a Proposal under the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act. The Notice of Intention to Make a Proposal was filed on Feb. 22, 2016. Alvarez & Marsal Canada Inc. has been appointed the licensed insolvency trustee.

AMVIC inspectors have been on-site and continue to gather information in accordance with AMVIC's mandate under the Fair Trading Act.
