"The sixth season of Supernanny will see both parents and children learning a lesson or two," commented
Malcolm Dunlop
, EVP Programming, Rogers Media Television. "I think audiences will be talking about this premiere episode for seasons to come."
Supernanny,
Jo Frost
, travels across America taking on some of the toughest parenting challenges. She gives viewers an all-access look into families to determine the very root of each unit's problems. In season six, she helps a family with triplet two-year-olds and a four-year-old, another with a youngster recently diagnosed with diabetes and a family that defends their right to spank - which Jo loathes. Identifying each families' problems, she corrects both the thinking and approaches of parenting for the family
On the season premiere of Supernanny:
The Coliers of
Cleveland
,
Georgia
, are a blended family on the brink. Jason, a father of four coddles his three young sons, but is hostile towards his 13-year-old stepdaughter, Madison. Stay-at-home mom, Dawn, feels caught in the middle when Jason clashes with Madison and undermines her time-outs with the toddlers. Jo forces the couple to closely examine whether or not they want to continue in this marriage. Tune in to find out why Jo is disgusted by this dad's behaviour and see whether she can get this family back on track.
