Swish Maintenance Acquires Kemsol Products, Enhances its National Distribution Network
PETERBOROUGH, ON, Aug. 10, 2018 /CNW/ - Swish Maintenance Limited - a leading distributor of sanitation products, equipment and service - is pleased to announce the acquisition of Kemsol Products Ltd., a Saskatchewan based fourth generation family-owned and operated company, serving the maintenance and sanitation needs of the province for 84 years, with locations in Regina and Saskatoon.

Kemsol began as a distributor of household cleaners in 1934 and has evolved into an institutional and industrial manufacturing supply business. Kemsol manufactures and distributes a complete line of janitorial supply products, including leading environmental product lines.
The acquisition is expected to close September 28th, 2018. Swish-Kemsol, as it will be known in Saskatchewan, will retain all the existing Kemsol employees and management. This acquisition is leveraging a fifty-year shared business relationship and a customer service first vision.
