System will be temporary closed due to inclement weather on February 24th

TORONTO, Feb. 23, 2012 /CNW Telbec/ - The BIXI Toronto system will close at 6h AM on February 24^th due to inclement weather for user's security. Users who currently have bikes rented or in their possession will still be able to dock bikes at any station.

The system will remain closed in the event that stations are inaccessible by bike or automobile. The system will be reopened when all stations have been cleared and are accessible or if conditions allow for safe operations for users and staff to resume.  The system reopening is planned for Saturday towards the end of the day if the storm is as predicted and the reopening will be announced by notices on Facebook, Twitter and the Bixi Toronto website.
