Seasoned Industry Executive takes on Expanded Role

OTTAWA, March 30 /CNW Telbec/ - T-Base Communications the leading provider of secure and private alternate format customer communications today announced the appointment of Mr. Jeff Potts as President and Chief Executive Officer. The appointment of Mr. Potts rounds out the company's new management team, setting the company up to pursue the next phase of growth.

The appointment will be effective March 31, 2010 and represents the final step in a three-year succession plan created by current CEO, Sharlyn Ayotte, who has led T-Base since its inception in 1993. Ayotte, company founder and industry visionary, assumes the role of Chief Strategy Officer for the company.

Mr. Potts is a seasoned executive bringing over 25 years of management experience across a range of industries. Most recently, Potts was Chief Financial Officer for T-Base, a position he has held since June of 2003. Prior to that, he served as CFO of several technology companies including a NASDAQ-listed company. "Jeff's deep understanding of the industry combined with his experience in building and growing world class organizations made him the perfect choice for the CEO role", said Ayotte.
