(TSX: TBL & TBL.NT) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Brian Flagel to the Board of Directors, effective November 17, 2010. Mr. Flagel has also been appointed as a member of Taiga Building Products Ltd's Audit Committee.

Mr. Flagel recently retired from a career with Canada Border Services Agency and was previously with Global Trade Services, Federal Express.
