BURNABY, BC, Dec. 16, 2015 /CNW/ - Taiga Building Products Ltd. (TSX: TBL & TBL.NT) announces that it will not declare and pay the second installment of its semi-annual dividend policy, with respect to 2015 fiscal year's net earnings.

The Board of Directors has determined that cash conservation and prudent investments continue to be the top priority. The Board of Directors continues to support initiatives focused on strengthening the financial profile of the company.
