Tangerine tops J.D. Power ranking in customer satisfaction among midsize retail banks for third straight year
TORONTO, Aug. 5, 2014 /CNW/ - Tangerine is proud to have ranked highest in customer satisfaction among midsized banks in Canada for the third straight year in the J.D. Power 2014 Canadian Retail Banking Customer Satisfaction Study. Tangerine performed particularly well in the following study factors: products, self-service, personal service and communication.
"It's a great honour to receive this recognition, because it reinforces that our 1,000 employees are successfully delivering the everyday banking experience our clients are looking for," said Peter Aceto, President and CEO of Tangerine. "On behalf of the entire Tangerine team, we'd like to thank our clients for choosing to bank with us, particularly over this past year as our brand has evolved. We promise to continue obsessing over our clients' experience with us, so that we can serve them in ways they never imagined possible."
Simplicity and convenience are at the heart of the Tangerine brand. In the past year, the bank has launched the industry's first fully responsive website, tangerine.ca, continued to improve and add functionality to its industry leading mobile banking app, introducing mobile cheque deposit and Orange SnapshotTM Passbook for iOS; and doubled their ABM footprint via fee free access to the Scotiabank® ABM Network.
