Target Canada partners with Food Banks Canada for volunteer day as part of upcoming TOMS for Target collection

TORONTO, Nov. 6, 2014 /CNW/ - Today, Target Canada volunteers were onsite at the Daily Bread Food Bank, an affiliate of Food Banks Canada. Target partnered with five Food Banks Canada affiliate locations across the country, providing each location with a $2,000 donation to purchase supplies and food items as an extension of their TOMS for Target collection, launching on November 16. With every purchase from the collection, a donation will be made towards the Canadian Red Cross or Food Banks Canada.
