TD Asset Management Inc. announces changes to the TD Emerald Treasury Management Fund Line-Up Français
TORONTO, Feb. 2, 2012 /CNW/ - TD Asset Management Inc. (TDAM) today announced plans to terminate the TD Emerald U.S. Dollar Treasury Management Fund. Effective February 2, 2012, the TD Emerald U.S. Dollar Treasury Management Fund (the Fund) will cease offering units for purchase. The Fund will be terminated on or about April 10, 2012.
The Fund is being terminated as TDAM is streamlining the TD Emerald Treasury Management Funds offering. Unitholders may redeem or switch their holdings of the Fund for settlement on or prior to the termination date. TDAM will sell the holdings of the Fund at fair market value, determine distributions and, on or about April 10, 2012, distribute the net assets to remaining unitholders.
Unitholders of the Fund will be contacted and provided with additional information on the termination. Unitholders are encouraged to speak with their relationship managers to discuss their investment options.
