TD Bank Group Announces New Appointment to Board of Directors
TORONTO, Dec. 5, 2013 /CNW/ - TD Bank Group (TD) is pleased to announce the appointment of David Kepler to its Board of Directors. Mr. Kepler is currently Executive Vice President, Business Services; Chief Sustainability Officer; and Chief Information Officer for The Dow Chemical Company, and he also has oversight for Dow's Canadian region.

Mr. Kepler is a graduate of the University of California at Berkeley, with a bachelor's degree in chemical engineering. He currently resides in Midland, Michigan.
The appointment of Mr. Kepler brings the total number of directors to 15.
