MONTREAL, May 9, 2016 /CNW Telbec/ - Technoparc Montreal proudly announces that Jean-Luc Landry has been appointed Chairman of the Board at Technoparc Montreal.
Jean-Luc Landry has been an officer of Technoparc Montreal since 2007, and was formerly the President of the Board’s Human Resources Committee. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Collège Sainte-Marie, as well as a Masters of Economics from University of Ottawa. A well-known figure in Montreal’s financial community, he is currently the Chairman and CEO of Landry Investment Management. Previous positions he has held include President of Bolton-Tremblay, President and Chief Executive Officer at Montrusco-Bolton, and President of the Association des conseillers financiers du Québec and the Association des économistes Québécois.
Technoparc Montreal is very pleased with this appointment which will not only bring an experienced person with extensive knowledge of Technoparc Montreal’s challenges, but also a prevalent awareness throughout Montreal’s business community. Technoparc Montreal would also like to extend its thanks to outgoing Chairman Paul Saint-Jacques, for his eight years of service on our Board, with four of them as Chairman.
Technoparc Montreal also announces the appointment of three new certified Board members – Josée De La Durantaye, Sylvie Jacques and Pascal Monette – who will join current Technoparc Montreal Board members Suzanne Deschamps, Lidia Divry, Isabelle Verreault, Michel Bédard, Vianney Bélanger, Michel Desbiens and Pierre B. Paquin.
