TORONTO, Aug. 8, 2013 /CNW/ - TELETOON Canada Inc. is pleased to offer subscribers of participating television services free access to TELETOON's English- and French-language platforms from August 15 to September 30, 2013. This six-week event will include complete access to TELETOON's broadcast lineup of animation programming from its family-friendly daytime favourites to its post-9 p.m. offering of witty, animated comedy for young adults. The free preview event will coincide with TELETOON Canada's exciting fall season, launching on Monday, September 2, 2013.

From 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. ET/PT, TELETOON offers up kid and family-friendly series like Johnny Test, Adventure Time and DreamWorks Dragons: Defenders of Berk and beginning September 2, audiences can tune in to watch the highly anticipated premieres of Annoying Orange, Grojband and Avengers Assemble. From 9 p.m. ET/PT onwards, the TELETOON at Night programming block delivers smart and culturally topical comedy shows for young adults including Futurama, Fugget About It and Robot Chicken. This Fall, TELETOON at Night will feature new episodes of Archer and Futurama during Fred at Night, a weekly hosted programming block airing Thursday nights from 9 p.m. to 12 midnight ET/PT.
The free preview offering will also include access to TELETOON's English- and French-language Video on Demand services, where available, through participating television services.
