TELUS acquires Digital WYZDOM, Canada's leading digital forensics provider
Acquisition adds digital forensics capabilities to TELUS Security Solutions dedicated to helping customers identify security risks and proactively respond to potential threats
TORONTO, Feb. 1, 2013 /CNW/ - TELUS today announced the acquisition of Digital WYZDOM Inc. and Digital WYZDOM Forensics Inc. (hereafter referred to as Digital WYZDOM). This acquisition will add a digital forensics service that complements TELUS' existing security solutions portfolio to better serve customers with their forensics and security needs. Financial terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
TELUS Security Solutions has selected Digital WYZDOM based on its people, technology, and a shared vision of putting customers first for their security and forensic needs. Digital WYZDOM is a leading specialized and independent security consulting firm that provides digital forensics, network security, E-discovery, intellectual property, and fraud advisory services to organizations and legal counsels across Canada.
