TELUS opens new concept store to serve Toronto businesses
Interactive technologies help enhance learning and customer experience
TORONTO, June 28, 2012 /CNW/ - TELUS today announced the official opening of its newest Business Store in Toronto. The new store concept is designed to meet the specific needs of small to medium sized businesses and enables an enhanced customer experience through highly interactive and innovative technologies as well as increased opportunities for one-on-one learning and engagement with specialized TELUS experts.

- Specially trained in-store sales consultants who understand the specific needs of small to medium sized businesses and consumers
- In-store learning centres which offer one-on-one and group tutorials to help business customers learn how to get the most out of their communications technology
- Spacious display stations that are equipped with live devices to allow customers to get hands-on experience with the user interface to see what works best for them
- Interactive monitors throughout the store to provide customers with information about TELUS' networks and services
