Temple REIT announces July 2012 monthly distribution

WINNIPEG, July 18, 2012 /CNW/ - Temple Real Estate Investment Trust ("TREIT") (TSX Venture: TR.UN) announced today a distribution of $0.04 per unit ($0.48 per unit on an annualized basis) for the month of July 2012.  Payment will be made on August 15, 2012 to the Unitholders of record as of July 31, 2012.
