Temple REIT announces October 2012 monthly distribution

WINNIPEG, Oct. 22, 2012 /CNW/ - Temple Real Estate Investment Trust ("Temple REIT") (TSX: TR.UN) announced today a distribution of $0.045 per unit ($0.54 per unit on an annualized basis) for the month of October 2012.  Payment will be made on November 15, 2012 to the Unitholders of record as of October 31, 2012.
