Temple REIT announces September 2012 monthly distribution in the increased amount of $0.045 per unit

WINNIPEG, Sept. 19, 2012 /CNW/ - Temple Real Estate Investment Trust ("Temple REIT") (TSX: TR.UN) announced today a distribution of $0.045 per unit ($0.54 per unit on an annualized basis) for the month of September 2012.  Payment will be made on October 15, 2012 to the Unitholders of record as of September 30, 2012.

As previously announced, the distribution reflects a 12.5% increase from the previous monthly distribution amount of $0.04 per unit ($0.48 per unit on an annualized basis).
