TerraVest Capital Inc. Appoints Charles Pellerin as Board Member

VEGREVILLE, AB, March 10, 2014 /CNW/ - TerraVest Capital Inc. ("TerraVest" or the "Company") (TSX: TVK) is pleased to announce the appointment of Charles Pellerin to its Board of Directors, effective February 15, 2014.

Mr. Pellerin was previously the Executive Chairman of Gestion Jerico Inc., a privately-owned Quebec based manufacturer of items such as propane dispensers, pressure vessels, commercial and residential liquid containment units and bulk propane trucks. TerraVest acquired Gestion Jerico effective February 15, 2014.

Mr. Pellerin is also a Partner and President at Pellerin, Potvin, Gagnon, L.L.P. since 2006.  He holds a Bachelor's degree of Commerce with specialization in Accounting from the University of Ottawa and is also Chartered Professional Accountant. Mr. Pellerin is a Corporate Director of Clarke Inc. and Supremex Inc.
