TFO's New Corporate Identity Wins Bronze at the Prestigious CLIO Awards in New York
TORONTO, May 8, 2012 /CNW/ - Groupe Média TFO's new corporate identity, created by the Lowe-Roche agency, won bronze at the CLIO Awards in the Design: Corporate Identity category. This year, the 14 award categories being contested received more than 10,000 entries from 75 countries.
Launched on television and on the Web on January 30, the new identity is included in the advertizing, design and marketing projects of 29 companies that won bronze in several categories. TFO's new identity ranks among that of brands such as BMW, IBM, Absolut and Unilever.
"We are very pleased with this recognition. It's the result of a carefully planned, meticulous and daring effort to change our corporate identity. The new identity we adopted is the standard of a new TFO that better meets the needs of its audience. It's the identity of a new TFO that wants to raise its profile significantly. We are proud of the result, which helps us fulfill our mandate," said Glenn O'Farrell, President & CEO of Groupe Média TFO.
This award is also a first for the communications firm of Lowe-Roche, which designed this corporate identity to highlight TFO's technological developments. It is displayed in a consistent and careful manner on all platforms where TFO broadcasts its content. Rich and varied colours complement a bold, attractive visual approach.
The CLIO Awards are one of the most prestigious award programs in advertizing. Each year, these prizes are awarded for creative innovation and excellence in advertizing, design and communications in almost all types of media. Gold, silver and bronze prizes are awarded to the winners following the deliberations of several juries comprised of advertizing professionals from around the world.
