THE BUILDING OF THE YEAR AWARD salutes the stars of the commercial real estate industry, recognizing excellence in property management, operations, resource conservation, environmental awareness, leasing and building design, customer service and innovation. The Building of the Year Award is the most prestigious and comprehensive program of its kind in the commercial real estate industry in North America.

The ENVIRONMENT AWARD is BOMA's recognition of excellence in resource preservation and environmentally sound commercial building management. The Environment Award is presented to a building where environmental considerations are of the highest importance. The Earth Award is the most prestigious and comprehensive program of its kind in the commercial real estate industry.
The PRESIDENT AWARD is awarded at the discretion of BOMA Québec's president to a volunteer who has demonstrated outstanding dedication and commitment towards the development of BOMA Québec.
