The Article 6 Marital Trust Created Under The Jerry Zucker Revocable Trust Purchases Shares of Colabor Group Inc.

NORTH CHARLESTON, SC, Nov. 9, 2015 /CNW/ - The Article 6 Marital Trust created under the First Amended and Restated Jerry Zucker Revocable Trust dated 4-2-07 (the "Trust") announced today that it has purchased 20,200 common shares of Colabor Group Inc. ("Colabor") (TSX Venture: GCL) through the facilities of the TSX Venture Exchange at a price of Cdn$1.10 per share. Anita G. Zucker is the trustee of the Trust.

The 20,200 common shares purchased by the Trust represent approximately 0.07% of the issued and outstanding common shares of Colabor.  

Prior to the transaction, the Trust owned 2,715,900 common shares and debentures in the principal amount of Cdn$595,000 which are convertible into 35,311 common shares.  Together this represents approximately 9.99% of the issued and outstanding common shares of Colabor if the Trust converted its debentures into common shares. As a result of the transaction, the Trust owns or has the right to convert into, 2,771,411 common shares, or approximately 10.07% of the issued and outstanding common shares of Colabor.

The common shares and debentures of Colabor were acquired for investment purposes.  The Trust may acquire additional common shares and/or debentures of Colabor, subject to price and availability.
